2. Purposes of Personal Data Processing
Personal data is processed for the purpose of:
- responding to inquiries submitted via the contact form or email,
- preparing and delivering IT service offers,
- concluding and performing contracts and providing services,
- fulfilling legal obligations incumbent on the Controller,
- pursuing or defending against claims (legitimate interest of the Controller).
3. Legal Basis for Data Processing
The legal basis for processing personal data is:
- Article 6(1)(a) GDPR – consent of the data subject (e.g., contact form),
- Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract or taking steps prior to entering into a contract,
- Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with a legal obligation,
- Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest of the Controller.
4. Data Retention Period
Personal data is stored:
- contact form data – up to 12 months after the end of correspondence,
- data related to contract performance – for the duration of the contract and for 6 years after its completion,
- data processed based on consent – until consent is withdrawn,
- data processed for the purpose of defending or pursuing claims – for the period required by law.
5. Scope of Processed Personal Data
The Controller processes in particular the following categories of personal data:
- first and last name,
- email address,
- phone number,
- company details (e.g., company name, Tax ID),
- IP address,
- content of messages sent via the contact form or email,
- other data voluntarily provided by the data subject.
6. Voluntary Provision of Data
Providing personal data is voluntary; however:
- in the case of the contact form – it is necessary to respond to the inquiry,
- in the case of concluding a contract – it is necessary for its conclusion and performance.
Failure to provide required data may result in the inability to make contact or provide the service.
7. Rights of Data Subjects
The data subject has the right to:
- access personal data,
- rectify data,
- erase data,
- restrict processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing,
- withdraw consent at any time,
- lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).
8. Recipients of Personal Data
Personal data may be transferred to entities processing data on behalf of the Controller, in particular:
- hosting service providers,
- IT service providers,
- email service providers,
- accounting office.
These entities process data solely on the basis of concluded data processing agreements and in accordance with the Controller’s instructions.
Personal data is not transferred to third countries or international organizations.
9. Source of Personal Data
Personal data is obtained:
- directly from the data subjects,
- from contractors or employers – in the case of data provided within business cooperation or official correspondence.
10. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling
Personal data is not processed in an automated manner and is not subject to profiling within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.

The website uses cookies:
- necessary for the proper functioning of the website,
- functional, enabling the storage of user preferences.
Cookies do not contain data that allows direct identification of the user.
The legal basis for the use of cookies is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the Controller) or user consent – in the case of non-essential cookies.
